No Refunds:

No refunds of any kind, all purchases are final.

Exchanges will be made under reasonable conditions..... only at the discretion of AllyBabyHair.

All hair or hair care products  purchased on special sale and products are definitely final sale.

No refunds or exchanges on sale items.

Payment:

We accept VISA, Master Card, and Discover.  Credit card transactions cannot be reversed or credited.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at AllyBabyHair. The following terms and conditions state our shipping policy.

The shipping location and credit card used to make the purchase must have the same address as an anti-fraud security measure, please be sure to follow this guideline.

Some orders may take up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS to receive. If you have not received shipping information after 10 BUSINESS DAYS please contact AllyBabyHair by sending an email to Allybabyhair@yahool.com; include the first and last name on the order so your order information can be checked without delays. Please understand that not all orders take up to 10 business days but sometimes, due to the availability of products ordered.  Your support is shared by us and your patience is appreciated.

AllyBabyHair is not responsible for packages lost or late delivery by the courier.

Once an order is shipped the customer will receive an email with a tracking code.

All items are shipped via the United States Postal service.

There are no refunds on shipping fees.
